Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative
Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
A local company in Pine Bluff is seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to assist customers, process orders, and support day-to-day sales operations. This position requires someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working with customers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product questions, pricing, and availability
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare quotes and follow up with customers
Communicate with customers regarding order status and product needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain accurate customer and order information
Work closely with sales, warehouse, and other team members
Assist with general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable discussing products, pricing, and orders with customers
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Dependable and able to multitask
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Industrial, parts, or product sales experience is a plus
