Job DutiesPrepare ingredients and food items for banquet and event service
Assist with food preparation, plating, and kitchen organization
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures

Assist chefs and other kitchen staff as needed
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance throughout the event
RequirementsPrevious prep cook, banquet, catering, or restaurant kitchen experience required
Must be dependable and arrive on time for every scheduled shift
