Job SummaryThe Loader/Operator is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to load, transport, and move materials while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a front-end loader and skid steer, with experience on additional heavy equipment considered a strong advantage.
ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a front-end loader and skid steer.
Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the job site.
Operate additional heavy equipment as needed.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
QualificationsPrevious experience operating a front-end loader is required.
Experience operating a skid steer is required.
Experience with other heavy equipment is a plus.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license preferred.
