Location: Stuttgart, AR
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $75,000–$85,000/year, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM | Overtime opportunities
Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Shift Supervisor for a local industrial facility in Stuttgart. This position will lead frontline production and logistics employees while overseeing daily production, quality, safety, and shift operations.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate production and logistics team members
Assign daily tasks and keep workflow running efficiently
Monitor production and address issues or bottlenecks
Oversee quality control and production standards
Enforce safety procedures and address workplace hazards
Train, coach, and support team members
Troubleshoot basic process and equipment issues
Maintain shift reports, production logs, and documentation
Assist with developing procedures, checklists, and training processes
Requirements
2+ years of manufacturing, industrial, or production experience
Previous leadership experience as a supervisor, shift lead, crew lead, or similar
Strong understanding of production processes and workflow
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Safety-focused and comfortable enforcing procedures
Ability to make decisions and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment
