Position: Customer Service Rep (Insurance)
Location: Texarkana, TX
Hours: M-F, 830am - 5pm
Pay: $18-20/hour, doe

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a local Insurance Agent. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to start their career in the insurance industry with the potential to become a licensed agent. The CSR will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and assist in general office duties. Over time, there will be opportunities for professional growth, including earning the necessary licenses to transition into a licensed insurance agent role.
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Assist customers with policy inquiries, billing questions, and claims processing.

Promote and cross-sell Allstate products and services to customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Learn and prepare to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the office operations.

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities for growth.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage a variety of customer requests.

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
