Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Powder Coater to join our team in Texarkana, TX. This position involves preparing and applying powder coating to wheels in a production environment. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:

Prep wheels for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)

Apply powder coating using spray equipment and ensure even coverage

Operate ovens to cure coated wheels to required specifications

Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

No experience necessary; training will be provided

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
