Location: Texarkana, AR
Pay: $22–$23 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Industrial Cleaner to join our team in Texarkana, AR. This role involves cleaning the interiors of tanks and hopper cars in compliance with strict safety and operational guidelines. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in confined spaces, at elevated heights, and in physically demanding environments while using protective equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter and clean confined spaces such as tanks and hopper cars while wearing movement- and sight-restricting PPE with limited lighting.

Clean interior surfaces in accordance with Tactical Cleaning policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Inspect cleaned railcar interiors to ensure they meet customer and company cleanliness specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and report any potential hazards or unsafe conditions.

Perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, stooping, lifting, balancing, and handling equipment and materials.

Safely work in confined spaces and at heights greater than 4 feet using proper fall protection and PPE.
Qualifications:

Previous industrial or heavy-duty cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Must be comfortable working in confined spaces and elevated environments.

Ability to perform strenuous physical activity and work in varying environmental conditions.

Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company procedures.

Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
