Customer Service Coordinator – Anaheim, CA

$22–$26/hr | Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 | Temp-to-Hire

 

Are you a customer-focused multitasker with experience in international/export operations? Join our team supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment!

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle customer calls/emails, track shipments, prepare quotes, and set up new accounts

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, manufacturing, and shipping to keep orders moving smoothly

  • Support field sales with order status, inventory updates, and logistics for tradeshows and promotions

  • Ensure compliance with export procedures, INCOTERMS 2020, and international shipping documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years customer service or logistics experience in export coordination or freight forwarding

  • Strong communication skills; Spanish a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
