Customer Service Coordinator – Anaheim, CA
$22–$26/hr | Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 | Temp-to-Hire
Are you a customer-focused multitasker with experience in international/export operations? Join our team supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment!
What You’ll Do:

Handle customer calls/emails, track shipments, prepare quotes, and set up new accounts

Coordinate with sales, marketing, manufacturing, and shipping to keep orders moving smoothly

Support field sales with order status, inventory updates, and logistics for tradeshows and promotions

Ensure compliance with export procedures, INCOTERMS 2020, and international shipping documentation
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years customer service or logistics experience in export coordination or freight forwarding

Strong communication skills; Spanish a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
