Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities within the Direct Hire and Professional Staffing sector. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who thrives in a commission-based environment and enjoys building strong relationships with businesses in need of staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client relationships within the professional and direct hire staffing market
- Conduct in-person client visits, cold calls, and networking to generate new business
- Present staffing solutions tailored to client hiring needs
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hiring managers and decision makers
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to fill open positions
- Negotiate service agreements and staffing terms with clients
- Track sales activity and pipeline progress
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales or staffing industry experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based structure
