Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Maintain and organize files, records, and office documents
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate office supplies and support day-to-day operations
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems or ERP software is a plus
