Office Assistant (Part-Time)
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (4–5 hours daily)
Location: Placentia, CA
Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Answering phones and assisting with general inquiries
- Filing and organizing documents
- Assisting with Accounts Payable/Receivable tasks
- Supporting office operations as needed
Requirements
- 1–2 years of Accounts Payable/Receivable experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop version)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Experience with 10-key data entry
