CNC Programmer – Anaheim, CA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a manufacturing team in Anaheim. This role is responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs using CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Assist with machine setup, tooling, and offsets
• Perform first article inspections and make program adjustments
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC programming (mills and/or lathes)
• Proficiency with CAM software
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
• Knowledge of G-code and program editing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Multi-axis machining experience (4 or 5-axis)
• Experience working with tight tolerances (±.001 or better)
• Manufacturing environment experience
