Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Demo Technician to support demolition and job site activities in Anaheim. This role involves assisting with the removal of materials, site clean-up, and supporting crews with various tasks on active job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform demolition of structures, concrete, or materials as directed
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist with breaking concrete, removing debris, and site clean-up
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Support crew members with general labor duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous construction or demolition experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Preferred
- Experience with concrete breaking, cutting, or job site clean-up
- Familiarity with construction site safety practices
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
