Logistics/Billing Clerk
Pay Range: $20–$25/hr DOE
Location: Brea, CA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics & Billing Clerk to support daily operations across logistics coordination and billing functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, accurate invoicing, and smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries, shipments, and pickups
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and delivery status
- Assist with route planning and scheduling to optimize efficiency
- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify billing details, pricing, and delivery confirmations
- Reconcile discrepancies between orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Maintain organized records of billing and logistics documentation
- Respond to customer and vendor inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and billing
- Provide administrative support to operations and leadership teams
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation as needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, billing, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, or ERP systems preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
