Job Title: Assembly Associate
Location: Yorba Linda
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: DOE
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Assembly Associate to support production operations within a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for assembling parts and components while maintaining quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and/or electronic components according to work instructions and blueprints
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments
- Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow production schedules and maintain efficiency throughout the shift
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Report defects, material shortages, or production issues to supervisors
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and other production support duties as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Basic blueprint or work instruction reading experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
