Shipper/Capper – Entry Level
6:00 am to 4:30 pm
Monday-Friday Possible Saturdays
Location: Fullerton, CA
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipper/Capper to join our aerospace manufacturing team. No experience is required—we provide training for candidates with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Place protective caps on threaded parts
- Bag and package products for shipment
- Protect parts from scratches and damage
- Perform basic visual quality inspections
- Follow packaging instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet production goals (360–500 pieces per hour)
Requirements:
- No experience required; training provided
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Able to stand for most of the shift and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment
- Approximately 80% standing
- Safety shoes and eye protection required (temporary shoe covers provided on Day 1)
- Shift length may vary depending on production needs
