Job Full Description
Entry Level Production Associate
Pay Rate $18-$20 / hour
Schedule: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm M-F
Location: Anaheim, CA
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with general production and manufacturing duties
- Handle, move, and organize materials
- Operate basic tools or production equipment after training
- Follow work instructions and production procedures
- Inspect products and materials for quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies
- Complete other production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Willing to learn new processes and equipment
- Able to perform physically active work throughout the shift
- Able to lift required materials; exact weight requirement to be confirmed
- Steel-toe footwear may be required
Requirements, Experience & Education
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
- willingness to learn to read blueprints, operation sketches, and assembly drawings
