Shipping Specialist
Pay Rate $21/hour
Schedule: 6:00AM - 2:30PM M-F
Location: Anaheim, CA
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare shipping labels and required documentation.
- Coordinate shipments through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Enter and maintain shipping information in NetSuite.
- Verify orders for accuracy before shipment.
- Package and prepare products for safe delivery.
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding order status or discrepancies.
- Assist with other warehouse and shipping duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong shipping experience, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Experience processing international shipments.
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and ability to report by 6:00 AM.
Requirements, Experience & Education
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
- willingness to learn to read blueprints, operation sketches, and assembly drawings
