Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain an online business plan.
  • Maintain product catalog and ensure that customer and company online website stores are updated with current product listing, photos and videos. 
  • Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and create product listings (content and keywords), inventory, pricing, and promotional activities on assigned marketplace platform to achieve sales and margin goals.
  • Responsible for content writing of item descriptions.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to third-party marketplace platforms such as Target, Walmart, Wayfair, Amazon, etc.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to maintain high customer rating and satisfaction as a seller on all third-party marketplace platforms.
  • Define and manage multiple marketplace channel pricing to minimize price conflict.
  • Plan and organize an ongoing sales strategy derived from the defined revenue and profit targets; review and evaluate performance periodically and adjust as needed.
  • Coordinate and provide inventory forecast to ensure appropriate inventory level allocation through multiple channels.
  • Social media and email marketing.
  • Web maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Promote and represent company's products at 1-2 trade shows a year and meeting with customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English
    Proficiency with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and TikTok Shop.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations,
  • Proven experience in social media marketing
  • , Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • Create, Manage, Optimize, and Improve our 3rd party seller channel listings on: Amazon, eBay, Wal-Mart, Wayfair…etc. Including but not limited to title, descriptions, images, reviews, prices, promotions, deals, product specs, customer questions etc
  • Create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Amazon, Facebook,TikTok, etc.), with ability to HOST LIVES

 

Minimum Requirements & Preferred Attributes:

  • 1 year of marketplace management experience, preferably in Outdoor Furniture or Furniture.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Familiar with Google analytics.
  • Familiar with Pay-Per-Click marketing.
  • Demonstrate ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Understanding of branding and product listing on marketplaces.
