• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
• Experience in remodeling projects with a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of tile laying techniques and best practices
• Ability to restore damaged structures while maintaining quality standards
• Skilled in the use of various power tools necessary for carpentry tasks
• Familiarity with water damage restoration processes and techniques
• Competence in drywall installation and finishing methods
• Strong framing carpentry skills with an understanding of structural integrity
• Expertise in fixture installation, ensuring proper alignment and functionality

Responsibilities
