Legal Case Manager
Burbank, CA
Full time – Temp to hire
Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm
$25hr to $40hr depending on experience.
A personal injury law firm located in Burbank, specializing in car accident cases, is seeking a qualified Case Manager to join their Pre-Litigation Department.
Summary: Manage and organize legal cases from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. By working closely with attorneys, clients, and medical providers, they keep everything on track and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as main point of contact for car accident clients.
- Set up medical appointments.
- Handle property damage claims from A-Z.
- Monitor case expenses and maintain accurate records for billing purposes.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a personal injury law firm with like responsibilities.
- Bilingual preferred
- Great customer service skills. Friendly on the phone and in person.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology.
- MUST understand how to manage a case properly by understanding medical terminology, MRIs, orthopedics and pain management.
- Detailed and organized.
