Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to assist with high volume document processing, data entry, and customer service support. This role includes verifying documents, processing daily remittances and cash reconciliations, and providing telephone support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and capable of supporting various teams with administrative tasks as needed.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage data in company databases with accuracy and efficiency
  • Learn and operate new software applications quickly and effectively
  • Perform basic database functions such as queries and updates
  • Verify information by comparing it to original sources and recalculating totals when necessary
  • Transcribe and distribute voicemails to appropriate team members or departments
  • Proofread and verify documents to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Operate office equipment, including scanners and copiers, for document archiving and storage
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail processing
  • Process daily deposits and accounting transactions accurately
  • Collate and verify monthly vendor payments
  • Provide timely and professional customer service via live chat, phone calls, and voicemail
  • Review and distribute estimates, repair orders, and repair requests within hourly deadlines
  • Manage contract transfers, cancellations, and updates daily

 Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for overtime as required
  • Proficiency in keyboarding, 10-key entry, web browsers, and email software
  • Experience with Mac systems and Google Workspace is preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to excel in team-focused workflows
  • Understanding of workflow management and documentation best practices
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background screening
