Job Title: Part-Time Office and Event Rental Coordinator
Location: San Ramon, Ca
Hours: Part-Time
Our client is seeking a highly organized, hands-on, customer-focused Office Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of their busy party rental facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of customer service, administrative work, and sales. This role plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee showroom and front office operations, including walk-ins, phone and email inquiries, website orders, and sales
- Greet and assist walk-in clients with rental needs and product recommendations
- Maintain organized documentation of rental agreements and order fulfillment processes
- Process orders, invoices, and rental contracts accurately
- Communicate with clients regarding order updates, changes, or issues
- Lead and support floor staff
- Follow up with customers and recommend products based on client needs
- Ensure orders are accurately pulled and ready for delivery or pickup
- Coordinate delivery and pickup logistics in collaboration with the warehouse team
Qualifications
- Prior experience in event rentals/logistics is a plus
- Experience in office management, customer service, and sales
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with office software
- Comfortable with light physical work (e.g., lifting to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
