Job Title: Forklift Operator/General Laborer
Location: Orinda, CA
Assignment Length: 3 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time
Our client, a well-established plant nursery in Orinda, is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer/Forklift Driver to assist with daily operations during a 3-week assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in an outdoor environment and can handle physically demanding tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift to move, load, and organize nursery materials

Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and organizing products

Assist with loading/unloading deliveries

Support nursery staff with daily operations

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all safety protocols and equipment procedures
Requirements:

Previous forklift experience (certification preferred)

Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50–75 lbs.) throughout the shift

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
