We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Janitorial Technician to join a professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, work well independently, and be committed to maintaining clean and safe facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general janitorial duties including:
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Vacuuming
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Changing trash can liners
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Provide and receive feedback professionally
- Assist with additional cleaning projects as needed, including:
- Floor stripping and waxing
- Carpet cleaning
- Window cleaning
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work every other weekend as scheduled
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including a background check conducted in compliance with applicable law
Training & Compensation
Schedule
- Monday: 2 hours
- Tuesday: 2 hours
- Wednesday: 2 hours
- Thursday: 2 hours
- Friday: 2+ hours
- Every other Saturday or Sunday: 2 hours (additional weekend hours may be available for floor stripping and waxing projects)
