We’re looking for a detail-oriented Janitor to help keep our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly—all with minimal supervision.

🧹 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep things fresh and clean by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Maintain and sanitize public restrooms
- Take out trash and keep waste areas tidy
- Make sure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Pitch in with light outdoor work like shoveling snow at entrances
- Handle simple requests or concerns with professionalism
- Report any issues or disturbances as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines to keep everyone safe

- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Reliable and committed to showing up every scheduled shift
- Able to work independently and stay productive
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Strong time management skills—you get things done efficiently!
- Ability to pass a background check
- Basic English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
💼 Job Details:
- Position: Part-Time
- Pay: $17.00/hour
- Location: Durango, CO
🗓️ Schedule:
We’re open 7 days a week:
- Monday–Saturday: 10 AM – 8 PM
- Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM
Typical shifts:
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- 8 AM – 1 PM or 9 AM – 2 PM
- Some weekend availability required
