Express Employment Professionals is seeking an energetic Employment Specialist to join our Durango team. In this role, you'll connect job seekers with employment opportunities, build relationships with local businesses, recruit candidates, and help clients meet their hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates
- Match job seekers with available positions
- Post jobs on online and social media platforms
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Generate new business through networking and outreach
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and applicants
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong computer and social media skills
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
