This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and contributing to building projects from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain a variety of construction tools and equipment
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, equipment operators, etc.)
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and hazards
- Load, unload, and transport heavy materials
- Assemble and dismantle temporary structures (scaffolding, barriers, etc.)
- Dig, move, compact, or fill earth as needed
- Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Support general construction tasks and daily operations
- Perform site clean-up and maintain a safe work environment
- Learn new skills through on-the-job training
