Chiropractic Assistant
A local chiropractic office is seeking an upbeat and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant who is self-motivated and dedicated to serving their patients with a heart for healing. If you have a strong customer service background and a positive, open-minded attitude, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will support our team in various capacities, including:
- Conducting new patient intakes and evaluations, including X-rays
- Educating patients about their care and wellness
- Managing reception duties and billing processes
- Coordinating marketing events and community outreach initiatives
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Overseeing patient flow and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Accurately entering paperwork and patient data

- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Excellent memorization skills.
Schedule
- Work schedule: 32-38 hours per week, Monday-Thursday (8:30 AM - 6:30 PM on Mon/Wed; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM on Tuesday; 9 AM - 5:30 PM on Thursday).
- Availability to work a few weekends during the summer is required.
- Opportunities for growth into management positions with higher pay are available.
Pay Rate
$17.00-$24.00 per hour
