Job Title: Assistant to Field Specialist

About the Role:
We are a locally owned company looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined professional to assist our Field Specialist team. This is a hands-on, in-person role based in Southwest Colorado, ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, values independence, and enjoys solving problems in the field.

Perform on-site diagnostics, routine maintenance, and system optimizations

Serve residential and small business clients with professionalism

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or field-based service work

Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs safely

Comfortable reading manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams

U.S. work authorization required

Must be local to the area or able to reliably commute or relocate
Preferred Experience:

Background in servicing power systems, motors, or similar equipment

Familiarity with troubleshooting and basic field repairs

Experience working directly with customers in a service-based role
