About the Role:
Our client, Next Level, a leading provider of security, fire, access control, surveillance, and networking solutions, is seeking a career-minded Sr. Technician to join their rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled low-voltage technician who thrives on hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and troubleshoot low-voltage systems including fire alarms, burglar alarms, access control, surveillance, networking, and home automation.

Provide professional, high-quality customer service while representing the company in the field.

Maintain detailed job documentation, follow project plans, ensure safety compliance, and communicate daily with management.

Learn and deploy new technologies, products, and software quickly.

Lead or mentor junior technicians when needed.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in low-voltage systems (security, fire, access control, surveillance, networking)

Current Journeyman Low Voltage License (ES-3J – ES-7J or EE-98J)

Industry certifications preferred (NICET, Axis, Avigilon, Alarm.com)

Proficient with Windows PCs and basic networking/IP concepts

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
