Decking Materials Driver & Labor Support
We’re looking for a reliable, safety‑minded team member to operate a company work truck and pull a trailer to pick up, transport, and unload decking materials at job sites. This role is essential to keeping our crews supplied and projects running smoothly. A clean driving record is required.
Key Responsibilities

Safely drive company truck and pull trailer to pick up materials from suppliers

Deliver materials to job sites on schedule

Load and unload lumber, decking, hardware, and other supplies

Inspect loads to ensure they are secure and properly balanced

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs

Assist crews with organizing materials on site

Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws

Communicate with office staff and crew leads about delivery timing and material needs
Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience driving trucks and pulling trailers (or willingness to learn)

Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and handle physical work

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Good communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

Experience in construction, decking, or material handling

Familiarity with local suppliers and job site logistics
