We’re looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Brandon, FL! If you have skills in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work, along with your own tools, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Details:
- Pay: $17-$20/hr (Based on experience)
- Location: Brandon, FL
- Experience Required: Plumbing, carpentry, electrical
- Tools: Must have own tools
- Schedule: Mostly weekdays, very rarely on-call weekends
Responsibilities:
- Perform general property maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues
- Ensure properties are in excellent condition for tenants and owners
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property maintenance or related fields
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation and own tools
