Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with a solid background in water damage restoration, capable of handling a variety of emergency situations related to water damage.
Required:

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in water restoration and mitigation

  • Strong understanding of restoration techniques, tools, and industry practices

  • Quick problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform well under pressure

  • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients, coworkers, and other stakeholders

  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

  • Willingness to work on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

  • Overtime as needed


Job Responsibilities:

As a certified Water Restoration Technician (IICRC), you’ll be essential in responding to water emergencies, evaluating damage, and carrying out effective restoration efforts.
Key duties include:

  • Responding to emergency calls and conducting initial damage assessments

  • Removing water, drying structures, and containing moisture to prevent further damage

  • Using specialized tools for extraction, drying, and dehumidification

  • Conducting detailed inspections with moisture meters, thermal imaging, and other tools

  • Coordinating with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members on project progress and restoration plans

  • Ensuring all work complies with IICRC standards, including accurate documentation

  • Maintaining equipment, vehicles, and other job-related assets

  • Participating in training to stay updated on the latest industry practices
