Job Title: Estimator – Stucco Construction
Location: Plant City, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Based on experience
We’re Hiring!
A well-established construction company in Plant City is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction estimating and be familiar with tools like CAD or StackPro.
Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely estimates for stucco projects

Interpret architectural and construction plans/drawings

Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and project managers to gather pricing and material details

Use estimating software (CAD/StackPro preferred) to complete take-offs and proposals

Monitor cost trends and maintain updated pricing information
-
Support sales and operations teams with pre-construction data and cost analysis
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as an Estimator in construction or stucco industry preferred

Experience with CAD, StackPro, or similar software strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent communication and time management skills
