Office Manager/Accounting Specialist

Location: Brandon, FL
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

A growing company specializing in property management, real estate, and HOA administration is seeking an experienced Accounting/Bookkeeping Specialist to join their team. This position will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions and ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple entities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger

  • Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting

  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties and HOAs

  • Communicate with property owners, vendors, and internal teams regarding billing and payments

  • Ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures

  • Utilize QuickBooks to manage all financial transactions and records

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

  • Proficient in QuickBooks (required)

  • Experience in property management, real estate, or HOA accounting is preferred

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
