Office Manager/Accounting Specialist
Location: Brandon, FL
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
A growing company specializing in property management, real estate, and HOA administration is seeking an experienced Accounting/Bookkeeping Specialist to join their team. This position will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions and ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger

Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
-
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties and HOAs
-
Communicate with property owners, vendors, and internal teams regarding billing and payments

Ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures
-
Utilize QuickBooks to manage all financial transactions and records
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Proficient in QuickBooks (required)

Experience in property management, real estate, or HOA accounting is preferred

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
