Accounts Receivable Manager – Brandon, FL
Pay: $25–$30/hr
Position Type: Full-Time
Primary Duties:

• Manage A/R team, process invoices, collect payments, and resolve conflicts

• Supervise staff, provide coaching, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to policies

• Contribute to strategic planning, monitor productivity, implement improvements

• Forecast cash flow and maintain financial records

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management

• 5+ years in accounting, billing, or A/R

• Construction/trade experience preferred

• Experience with QuickBooks Online or Enterprise

• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
