Job Title: Temporary Bookkeeper (Property Management)

Location: Brandon, FL

Type: Temporary / Project-Based

Pay: $25+/hr, DOE

 

About the Role:
A property management company in Brandon is seeking a skilled Temporary Bookkeeper to provide support to prepare for tax season. This role will work directly with the business owner to manage bills, prepare reports, and organize paperwork for submission to the CPA.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review, organize, and reconcile financial records and transactions

  • Process accounts payable (bills, invoices, and expenses)

  • Assist with accounts receivable tracking as needed

  • Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for the CPA

  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and tax-season ready

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all work

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

Schedule & Duration:

  • Temporary role through the end of the year

  • Flexible, full-time hours (on-site in Brandon)

Compensation:

  • $25+/hour, depending on experience
