Forklift Driver – Cooler Environment
Location: Lithia, FL
Pay: $17/hour + LOTS of Overtime
Schedule: 6–7 days per week (based on business demand)
Shift Length: 12+ hour days required
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Forklift Driver to join a fast-paced operation in Lithia, FL. This role requires working in a cooler environment and operating a sit-down electric forklift (side-by-side / double pallet handler) to move product efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities

Operate a sit-down electric forklift capable of moving two pallets at once

Load, unload, and transport pallets throughout the facility

Work efficiently in a cooler/cold environment

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Meet productivity and accuracy standards

Work extended shifts, including 12+ hour days and 6–7 days per week

Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
-
Forklift experience required (sit-down electric preferred)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Comfortable working in a cooler/cold environment

Ability to work long hours and heavy overtime

Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on feet for extended periods

Strong attendance and reliability are a must
