Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Location: Plant City, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $60K-$65K, Based on Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, safety-focused Warehouse Supervisor to lead second-shift warehouse operations. This role is responsible for supervising daily activities, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with operational standards. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader with strong logistics experience and a team-first mindset.
Responsibilities:

Supervise second-shift picking, checking, and loading operations

Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and efficiency

Ensure warehouse and food safety standards are met or exceeded
-
Promote and enforce a safety-first culture
-
Operate forklifts and order selectors as needed

Ensure accurate loading by stop number, stretch wrapping, and completion of load maps
-
Submit route paperwork to the invoicing team

Collaborate with leadership to provide consistent performance feedback

Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
-
5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

Ability to operate stand-up forklifts

Experience with RF scanning and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills

Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail

Ability to read and write English fluently
