Job Title: Bilingual Welder/Fabricator
Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Welders/Fabricators for a growing company in Plant City. This position involves building and assembling cargo trailers and their structural frameworks in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble cargo trailers and metal frameworks
- Perform MIG welding and general fabrication tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and work orders
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal components
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous welding/fabrication experience required
- Experience with MIG welding preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $20–$25/hour depending on experience
