Assembly Associate
Location:
Plant City, FL
Pay:
- $14.92/hour to start
- Increase to $16.19/hour after 90 days
- Company is looking to hire directly after 90 days based on performance and attendance
Schedule:
- 1st Shift Only
- 4-day work week (40 hours)
- Monday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Friday
- 10-hour shifts
Job Duties:
- Assemble flexible ducting products
- Follow production and assembly instructions
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Work Environment:
- Air-conditioned production facility
- Clean and organized manufacturing environment
Requirements:
- Previous assembly or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
