Location: Plant City, FL.
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on experience and licensing)
Schedule:
- Monday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tuesday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an active 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40 Florida Insurance License and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll assist clients with policy servicing, answer coverage questions, process policy changes, and help ensure customers receive timely and professional support.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage questions.
- Process endorsements, certificates, cancellations, reinstatements, and other policy transactions.
- Review policies for accuracy and communicate any recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with insurance carriers to resolve client concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support producers with administrative and customer service tasks.
- Follow agency procedures while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40 Insurance License required.
- Previous insurance agency or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems is a plus.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
