Industrial Electrician – 2nd Shift
Location: Plant City, FL
Pay: $26.00–$30.00/hour BOE
Shift: 2nd Shift – Start Time: 3:00 PM
Schedule: Rotating weekends required

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for a well-established food-grade manufacturing facility in Plant City. Job Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and production equipment
- Diagnose electrical, PLC, motor, and control system issues
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Repair and replace motors, drives, sensors, relays, and electrical components
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to ensure efficient operations
- Follow all food safety, GMP, OSHA, and company safety guidelines
- Accurately document maintenance activities and repairs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment
- Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment and control systems
- Ability to read electrical prints and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of PLCs is preferred
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to work rotating weekends as scheduled
