Schedule: Sunday 12:30 PM–5:30 PM, Monday–Thursday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Friday 12:00 PM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities
Lead & Develop Your Team
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and schedule staff
- Foster a positive and accountable team culture
- Develop employees and future leaders
Support Student Success
- Conduct student assessments
- Develop individualized learning plans
- Ensure students receive a high-quality educational experience
Build Relationships
- Welcome new families and provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate student progress with parents
- Create a positive experience for every family
Grow the Business
- Respond to inquiries from prospective families
- Conduct enrollment consultations
- Help achieve enrollment and retention goals
- Build relationships within the local community
Manage Daily Operations
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, technology, and daily operations
- Monitor performance metrics and support business goals
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

- Comfortable communicating with families and discussing enrollment options
- Goal-oriented and motivated to help the business grow
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with math through Algebra II
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Customer service and sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a background check and math assessment
