Furniture Assembler
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Hire)
Evaluation Period: Approximately 4 months
We are seeking reliable Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble upholstered furniture components such as armrests, seat cushions, and other parts using hand tools, including pneumatic staple guns. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for long-term employment with the potential to be hired on permanently.
Responsibilities
- Assemble furniture components, including armrests, seat cushions, and other upholstered parts.
- Safely operate a pneumatic staple gun and other basic hand tools.
- Follow assembly instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
- Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
- Must be able to communicate in English or Spanish.
- Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of the worksite.
