Industrial Painter Helper – Plant City, FL
Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Overtime: Some Saturdays and extended hours may be required based on business demands

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Industrial Painter Helper in Plant City!
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Industrial Painter Helper to assist experienced Industrial Painters with preparing materials and surfaces for painting. This is a hands-on position in an industrial environment and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and working as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist Industrial Painters with daily tasks
- Prepare materials and surfaces prior to painting
- Clean, sand, scrape, mask, and prep surfaces as needed
- Help move and position materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Clean tools, equipment, and work areas after painting
- Follow all workplace and safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Industrial, construction, painting, or general labor experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willing and able to work Saturdays and extended hours when required
- Must be able to report to work by 6:00 AM
Pay is $17–$20/hour, depending on experience.
