BILINGUAL PACKAGING LEAD – PLANT CITY, FL
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Plant City, FL
Bilingual English/Spanish Required
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Bilingual Packaging Lead for a manufacturing facility in Plant City. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable leading a team, working in a fast-paced production environment, and making sure finished orders are packaged correctly and ready for shipment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate a team of production/packaging employees.
- Oversee the bundling, wrapping, and stacking of light-gauge steel studs and track.
- Assign tasks and help keep the packaging area running efficiently.
- Verify completed packages against work orders, project specifications, and shipping manifests.
- Ensure products are packaged accurately before being loaded for shipment.
- Monitor quality and address packaging or order discrepancies.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
- Work safely around forklifts, pallet jacks, production equipment, and other machinery.
- Communicate instructions, priorities, and safety information to employees in both English and Spanish.
- Assist the team as needed to meet daily production and shipping goals.
What We're Looking For
- Must be able to speak and read both English and Spanish.
- Previous lead, supervisor, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Comfortable directing and motivating a team.
- Safety-minded and able to work around industrial equipment.
- Dependable and able to work the full Monday–Friday schedule.
- Comfortable working in an active manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Pay: $19.00/hour
