Job Full Description
Express is looking for a Standup Forklift Operator/Pick & Pack to start immediately with a company in Jacksonville. We are looking for an energetic team member to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products. You will operate warehouse equipment to build and send appropriate orders.
Your role will include pulling items from shelves and preparing them to be packed and shipped. You will be responsible for inspecting items to ensure quality and appearance, packaging items per specifications.
You will need to be meticulous, strive for a safe and clean work environment, have previous warehouse experience, and be available to work overtime.
Warehouse Packer Highlights:
- Picking and packing experience
- Standup Forklift experience
- Must be mechanically inclined, capable of using power and manual tools, to assemble electrical components
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Shift Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm
- Sort and arrange boxes
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Package all finished goods as specified by work orders
- Maintaining a clean production floor
What We Look for in Warehouse Packers:
- Ability to work individually and in a team setting
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
- Ability to SAFELY operate a Standup Forklift in tight aisleways
