Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure smooth operations.
-Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
-Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet deadlines.
-Train, coach, and develop production staff to enhance performance and efficiency.
-Ensure quality control and troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
-Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to production operations.
-Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
-Knowledge of thermoset material production is a plus.
-Willingness to travel to Italy.
-Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
-Valid forklift operator certification.
